Meet Matthew Bouren, Channel Sales Account Manager!

An expert in Peplink’s solutions, Matt has been helping FrontierUS partners achieve their goals since 2014.

What does a day in your life look like?

Eighty-five percent of my day is devoted to my partners in an account management capacity. This involves product and sales training, project sizing (making proper recommendations on Peplink gear), troubleshooting and basic technical support, quotes, entering sales orders, basic followup, etc.

The rest of my day is typically devoted to following up on new leads, partner onboarding, and outreach to inactive accounts.

What do you love about your job?

The people I meet and help! I talk with a variety of personalities, and have built a lot of great relationships. When we get great feedback and are able to help our partners it makes our job all that more enjoyable.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I have two young boys who are very active in sports. We really enjoy watching them play. My oldest is plays travel baseball, which keeps us extremely busy. I’m also an avid golfer, and enjoy playing when I have the time.

What’s something about you people might not know?

I actually played a little college golf—two years in community college and one year at SVSU. It was my passion for many years.
