2027-R16 TotalStorage SAN16M-R

Frontier provides used and refurbished IBM TotalStorage SAN16M-R enterprise SAN routers. The 2027-R16 routers are designed to provide fiber channel and gigabit Ethernet wire-speed fabric connectivity. The SAN16M-R offers 16 ports; twelve ports are user configurable as 1-2 Gbps fibre channel or as GigEthernet.

Features

Three optional firmware versions: enable additional routing ports, addition of iFCP with Fast Write, or comprehensive bundle with full SAN routing and iFCP functionality enabled.
Standard SANvergence Management software included in base, option to purchase Enterprise SANvergence Management software or McDATA EFCM version 9.0 or later.
Support iSCSI, Fibre Channel fabric, SAN routing on two ports, and option to add extended distance iFCP and additional routing ports.
