Frontier provides used and refurbished 1750-EX2 DS6000 expansion enclosures. The Model EX2 offers a variety of 2Gb Fibre channel disk drives. The DS6000 expansion enclosures can be attached to the DS6800 system for a maximum of 64 TB of storage.

Disk drive sets: provide storage capacity for the DS6000 Expansion Enclosure. A disk drive set contains four identical disk drives (same capacity and rpm). Disk drive sets are in 73 GB 15,000 rpm, 146 GB 10,000 rpm, and 300 GB 10,000 rpm types, and the Fibre Channel ATA (FATA) disk drive set is a 500 GB 7,200 rpm type.
