The IBM TotalStorage 3581 Tape Autoloader can provide a  storage solution for businesses in a constrained rack or desktop environment. The 3581 offers a single Ultrium 3 tape drive and storage for up to eight  tape cartridges in the new Models L38 and F38, and is available in both Low Voltage Differential (LVD) 160Ultra SCSI and 2 Gbps Fibre channel interface. Optional features are offered to operate the autoloader as a small library.
