Quality Certification

Audit and Inspection:  Frontier technicians inspects all equipment for the manufacturer revision levels, part numbers, quantity and cosmetic appearance.

Preliminary Diagnostic:  Frontier technicians perform testing including, but not limited to, full boot and complete manufacturer's diagnostic procedures of the systems.

Revision Process:  Our technicians perform upgrades to current hardware and firmware revision levels on elgible systems, repair or replace nonworking parts.

Inbound Diagnostics:  Frontier technicians run a full diagnostic test of the configured and or non-configured items.

Configuration:  Frontier has the ability to configure equipment based on customer preferred specifications.

Outbound Diagnostic:  Frontier technicians perform a full diagnostics test on all configured and non-configured product.

Quality Certification:  Frontier technicians independently check the quality of all individual products configurations.

Packaging Process:  Frontier packages all equipment and components using antistatic and foam packing materials.
