Steve Hawn

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, Steve joined Frontier in 1994 as a member of the sales team. He served in several leadership roles until being named President and CEO in 2008. Under his leadership, which stresses teamwork and creative thinking, Frontier has seen steady growth during a period that has proven difficult for many in the technology sector.

James Steiker

A corporate, pension and tax attorney with more than 20 years of experience in Employee Stock Ownership Plans, James is an expert in employee ownership in privately held companies. He is a frequent speaker on ESOP matters and serves as a director of several employee-owned companies. The Philadelphia-based attorney is a graduate of Wesleyan University and the New York University School of Law.

L. Wayne Kiley

In 1985, L. Wayne founded Computer Marketplace and subsequently opened a Traverse City office that ultimately became Frontier Computer Corp. His extensive background in computers has proven instrumental in the growth of the corporation. In recent years L. Wayne played a key role in directing the move toward creating an Employee Stock Ownership Plan to acquire the company, a development that has been a success for all involved.

Connie Cusson

Connie was Frontier’s Chief Financial Officer from 1991 to 2005 and has served on the Board of Directors since the company’s inception. An MBA in finance, her two decades of experience in buying, selling and leasing of technology equipment, plus her background in accounting have made her input invaluable. Connie’s input helped company sales grow from the hundreds of thousands of dollars to multi-millions.
